Money Back Guarantee

If you decide not to keep your purchase, for any reason, you may return it within 10 days of receipt for an exchange or you will be reimbursed for the full value of the artwork, less shipping costs.

Returns

If for any reason you decide not to purchase your artwork, simply contact The Croft Gallery within 10 days of receipt and you may return it for an exchange or be reimbursed for the full value of the painting less the shipping costs.
All returns must be sent in their original packaging and received in their original condition.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Packing & Insurance

All items are packed to a professional standard, either in bespoke wooden crates or sturdy cardboard boxes. This packaging is very durable and can be used time and time again should you need to move your artwork for any reason. All items are insured during transit to cover damage or non delivery.

We actively visit artists’ studios and degree shows to ensure that we keep up to date and can offer the best possible range of high quality work.

Commissioned Art

The Croft Gallery offers a comprehensive and unique visual art service.

We provide artwork of exceptional quality incorporating all manner of styles and mediums.

Whether you decide to choose from the new extensive range of work in our portfolio or commission something entirely new, we start by discussing what you would like to achieve.

On receiving your order the artist will create the painting you have chosen in the size you specify. Each work is hand painted, signed by the artist and will form part of a unique collection. Each chunky canvas is designed to be hung on your wall unframed. Delivery is normally 4 – 6 weeks from when the order is placed. Full payment is necessary before we can process your order.

Delivery

Our UK service is within 2 days. For other countries delivery will usually be within 10 working days.

Delivery / packaging / insurance charges are calculated from the destination address. All items and delivered by a reputable worldwide express courier company.
